As winter loosens its grip on South Central Oregon, we can expect to see seasonal hiring ramp up this spring. Job growth started weak in 2012 for Klamath County, but the year finished with the most sustained year-over-year job growth since 2007. So far, 2013 has continued this positive trend as January saw the most robust year-over-year growth in five years. The employment picture isn't quite as rosy in Lake County where there has not been any substantive year-over-year employment change in quite some time.
